Sound Familiar?
You've built something real. Revenue is moving, the team is growing but every time you need design, you're starting from scratch. New brief. New context. New back-and-forth. And nothing ever quite looks like it came from the same company.
Your website, proposals, and marketing look like they came from three different companies. Because they did.
Every new designer needs the full briefing. You've had this conversation more times than you can count.
It doesn't feel urgent — until a prospect notices. Or a referral checks your Instagram. Or your brand just doesn't look like the business you've built.
Built for founders and marketing managers who've outgrown freelancers but aren't ready to hire in-house. You have real revenue, real clients, and a brand that hasn't kept pace with either. Freelancers reset your context every time. In-house adds overhead before you're ready. There's a better option.
Every asset — website, collateral, campaigns, social — looks like it came from the same company. Because it did. Brand recognition builds when your visuals stop contradicting each other.
Every asset reinforces your brand, not dilutes it. Clear guidelines, repeatable systems, and thoughtful execution ensure your visuals stay cohesive as you scale—so nothing feels off-brand or one-off.
A predictable monthly rate replaces variable project quotes and unexpected costs. Easy to plan, easy to justify — no matter how much your output grows that month.
Work with someone who understands the local market and your business. You get a reliable creative partner who keeps your brand cohesive, consistent, and recognizable across every platform.

Why It Helps
Freelancers introduce inconsistency. In house teams add fixed overhead and management load. A dedicated design partner gives you senior-level output without the operational burden.
No briefing new people, no chasing updates, no wondering if it'll look right. Work moves forward through a process that runs itself.
Every deliverable adds to something consistent and recognizable. Not a one-off. Not a patch job. A brand that compounds over time.
One flat monthly rate. No project quotes, no surprise invoices. Just senior-level design output that scales with what your business actually needs that month.

your dedicated designer
I'm a Toronto-based graphic designer who works with busy GTA professionals who need design handled consistently, on-brand, and without adding to their plate.
I built Pixie Creative for business owners who've built something worth being proud of, and are tired of their brand being the one thing that doesn't reflect it. If you've outgrown one-off freelancers and need someone who already knows your brand every time you need something. This is exactly what I built this for.
